Masters Team Information
Welcome to the Team! The Games will be held from July 8-22, 2025 in Israel. You are an integral part of the United States delegation and your participation in the full Games’ duration is an important part of the experience. Members of all Masters teams should plan to arrive on July 8 and stay through July 22, 2025.
Masters Athlete Financial Commitment:
$3,625: Masters athlete who does not stay at the delegation hotel
$5,500: Double-room hotel occupancy shared with another Masters athlete at the designated team hotel
$7,350: Single-room hotel occupancy (one person) at the designated team hotel
$8,900: Single-room hotel occupancy plus one companion at the designated team hotel
***All Masters athletes are asked to make a $6,000 minimum suggested charitable gift in addition to their registration fees. This tax-deductible gift helps to support the delegation in many ways including: scholarships for athletes, subsidies for volunteer coaches, managers and medical team members.
Delegation hotels are designated by Maccabi World Union (the Games Organizers in Israel) and are assigned according to sport, in proximity to the competition location. Exact locations will be determined in the spring of 2025.
Masters athletes who would like to have a single room or room with a spouse/significant other will make a formal request in advance. Requests will be honored as we confirm availability. Financial deadlines must be met to keep your request and the additional fees must be paid up front once confirmation of availability is confirmed.
Any additional person(s) staying in the hotel room with you are required to be registered.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pricing and availability for children or more than two registered individuals in a room is based on space available. Pricing will be updated accordingly.
- Flights are not included for any Masters athlete, coach, or family member .
- Suite upgrades are available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Shane Carr scarr@maccabiusa.com to inquire about availability and pricing.
- Additional room nights will incur additional charges and must be requested in advance
