Masters Team Information
Welcome to the Team! The Games will be held from Dec. 27, 2023 – Jan. 4, 2024 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You are an integral part of the United States delegation and your participation in the full Games’ duration is an important part of the experience. Members of all Masters teams should plan to arrive on Dec. 27 and stay through Jan. 4.
Master Athlete Financial Commitment:
$7,000: Financial commitment for Masters athlete who do not stay at the delegation hotel
$7,800: Inclusive of double-room hotel occupancy shared with another Masters athlete at the delegation hotel
$8,900: Inclusive of single-room hotel occupancy (one person) at the delegation hotel
All options include Games’ registration, ground transportation, meals (breakfast is not included for those who opt out of official accommodations), apparel package, uniform, and insurance. For those staying at the delegation hotel, check-in is December 27, 2023, and check-out is January 5, 2024. The total tax deductible amount is $2,800 and an official receipt will be sent.

Masters athletes who would like to have a single room or room with a spouse/significant other must complete this form here to request. Requests will be honored as we confirm availability. Financial deadlines must be met to keep your request and the additional fees must be paid upfront once confirmation of availability is confirmed.
Any additional person(s) staying in the hotel room with you are required to be registered in the full or partial package below.

- Flights are not included for any Masters athlete, coach, or family member

- If you are interested in upgrading to either the Gold or Silver Mission hotel, see prices below. Prices are land only and do not include airfare.
