MACCABI USA ANNOUNCES ITS NEWLY ELECTED BOARD MEMBERS
Philadelphia, PA, February 6, 2018 – The Maccabi USA Nominating Committee is pleased to announce the following members elected to its Board of Directors for 2018. The election took place at the Annual Meeting of the Organization on Sunday, December 3, 2017 in Newark, NJ. They include: Daniel Cosgrove of Los Angeles, CA; Joel Goldstein of Cary, NC; Scott Kalb of Greenwich, CT; Arthur Lavitt of Charlotte, NC; Beth Margolis of Dresher, PA; Jed Margolis of Dresher, PA; Adam Moyerman of Philadelphia, PA; Mike Schiesel of Mission Viejo, CA; Neil Solomon, MD of San Francisco, CA; Julie Tucker of Columbia, MD; and D. Randall Winn of New York, NY.
Maccabi USA is thrilled to welcome the first-time elected members for the 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2021 elected terms. Prior to serving on the 2018 Board the elected members have participated in various sporting events with Maccabi USA. Daniel Cosgrove is a four-time alumnus athlete for softball; Joel Goldstein is a three-time alumnus athlete and coach for badminton; Scott Kalb is a two-time alumnus athlete for tennis; Arthur Lavitt is a two-time alumnus athlete for golf and coach for basketball; Beth Margolis is an eight-time alumnus as an Accommodations Manager and Israel Connect Co-Chair; Jed Margolis is a nine-time alumnus as an Accommodations Manager, Team USA Manager, and past Maccabi USA Executive Director; Adam Moyerman is a seven-time alumnus athlete for judo; Mike Schiesel is a three-time alumnus athlete and coach for water polo; Neil Solomon, MD is an athlete alum for squash; Julie Tucker is a three-time alumnus as a Certified Athletic Trainer; and D. Randall Winn is a three-time alumnus athlete soccer.
